About the Role
The Assistant Manager/Dispatcher at Snackline plays a critical role in coordinating day-to-day operations, maintaining clear communication across the team, and helping drive business growth through outreach and relationship-building.
In this position, you’ll act as a central hub—managing communication with vending locations, cold-calling new prospects, tracking inventory and restocking needs, and addressing customer or location issues as they come up. You'll also be responsible for creating stocker schedules, following up on leads, and ensuring smooth setup and maintenance of machines.
As the team grows, your role will include overseeing interviews, training new hires, and reviewing cash reports submitted by stockers. You’ll pick up weekly cash deposits from the dropbox at the warehouse and deliver them to the owner for auditing.
This position also includes providing a brief weekly report summarizing your completed tasks, any major updates, and items that may need attention. The report format may evolve with the business, but consistent communication and problem-solving are key.
This is a leadership role built for someone who thrives in a flexible, fast-growing environment and is comfortable juggling logistics, outreach, and team coordination.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, and comfortable taking the lead. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

Outbound Confidence – Comfortable cold calling businesses and following up on leads to secure new vending locations.
Scheduling Ability – Can create and adjust stocker schedules based on business needs and machine performance.
Problem Solving – Stays calm under pressure and finds solutions to customer concerns, machine issues, or scheduling conflicts.
Organization & Reporting – Keeps accurate records, reviews cash and restocking reports, and submits concise weekly summaries to the owner.
Tech-Savvy – Familiar with mobile apps, spreadsheets, Google Drive, and messaging platforms. Must use their phone responsibly for task management and communication.
Team Leadership – Willing to supervise, train, and assist stockers as the team expands, providing guidance and structure to new hires.
Trustworthy – Handles weekly cash pickups and sensitive information with integrity and care.
Experience in logistics, operations, customer service, or scheduling is a plus—but not required. We're more focused on reliability, adaptability, and attitude
