About the Role
As a Stocker at Snackline, you’ll be responsible for keeping our vending machines stocked, clean, and running smoothly across assigned routes. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and good communication—whether you’re stocking machines solo or alongside a partner.
Key tasks include restocking snacks and drinks, labeling and securing collected cash, cleaning machines, and reporting any issues or product trends to the Assistant Manager. You’ll work off a provided schedule and are expected to stay in regular contact throughout your shift.
Stockers must also use their phones responsibly—for submitting reports, taking photos, and staying updated—and should maintain a friendly, professional attitude with any customers or staff they may encounter.
This is a hands-on, entry-level position with room to grow. Consistency, accuracy, and strong performance are rewarded with regular pay reviews and opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to manage product inventory, maintain orderly restocking procedures, and handle cash deposits with care.
Reliability – Shows up on time, completes assigned routes, and follows through on responsibilities without constant supervision.
Time Management – Efficiently restocks machines within the designated time frame while keeping productivity high.
Accuracy – Carefully tracks restocked items and cash collections, ensuring all records are correct and up to date.
Good Communication – Maintains clear, consistent updates with the assistant manager regarding machine status, customer concerns, or restocking needs.
Professionalism & Cleanliness – Keeps all vending machines looking clean, well-stocked, and visually presentable to customers.
Problem Reporting – Able to recognize and report machine issues, product trends, and customer complaints as needed.
No prior vending machine experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn!
